Eligibility
- Minimum qualification of 12th or equivalent, preferably scoring 50% or above.
- Qualified NEET entrance exam within the past 3 years.
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the intended stay.
- Minimum age of 17 years (must be 18 by the end of first academic year at Zarmed university).
Admission Process
Step 1: Application
Step 2: Registration
- Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, pay the registration fee (processing & visa approval) of INR 2,00,000/- plus applicable GST via a payment link to Apollo MedSkills.
- Payment link will be sent to registered student email ID or student phone number.
Step 3: Admission
- Upon successful registration, make a payment of USD 1,000 to Zarmed University, to receive the Admission Letter, Invitation Letter, and Student ID from the university.
- The sum of USD 1,000 is part of the tuition fee.
Step 4: Visa Process
- Submit Original Secondary School Certificate (10th Certificate) and Higher Secondary Certificate (12th/Inter Certificate) for apostillation. Apostillation will be done at the Ministry of External Affairs (CPV Division Patiala House), New Delhi by the University offices in India.
- Submit
- Valid passport with 6 months validity beyond the intended stay.
- 2 Photos (35mm X 45mm, white background).
- Bank statement of parent/guardian/sponsor (last 3 months).
- Medical report.
- Visa application along with all required documents and fee shall be submitted at Ministry of External Affairs offices (Uzbekistan) by the University PRO. (Note: Visa is valid for multiple entries for one year)
- Passports shall be sent to Embassy of Uzbekistan in New Delhi for visa pasting.
Note: Visa is valid for 1 year, with multiple entries.
Step 5: Balance payment
- Upon visa approval, an additional fee of INR 2,00,000/- plus GST is payable to Apollo Medskills, towards services including but not limited to:
- Police registration in Uzbekistan (valid for 1 year)
- Medical checkup on arrival
- Medical/Health insurance (valid for 1 year)
- Indian embassy registration
- Counseling & first-year medical books
- Transport from the airport to Zarmed University
- Sim card on arrival
- Pre & Post Arrival Support
- Students should pay the remaining tuition fee of $2,500 to the University Bank Account. Payment details will be shared to registered student email ID or phone number.
Note: Air tickets will be extra and not inclusive of the above charges.
Step 6: Accomodation & Food
- Separate hostels for girls and boys with housekeeping, Wi-Fi and 24/7 security etc. 1st year hostel fee has to be paid in full before departure.
- Prior to departure from India, choose a relevant option & pay the accommodation fee in full:
- Option 1 – $600 /year (6 occupancy, fully furnished)
- Option 2 – $900/year (4 occupancy, fully furnished)
- Option 3 – $1200/year (2 occupancy, fully furnished)
- Food: $1,200/year to be paid before departure for homely Indian food made with quality spices imported from India, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food is prepared by Indian Chefs.
- Both payment need to be paid in full to GVantage LLC, Uzbekistan (our official management partner). Payment details will be shared to the registered student email ID.
Diverse Learning Pathways (Mandatory)
- Coaching for FMGE (NExT), USMLE, and UKMLA will be provided from first year onwards for $500/year.
- Payment needs to be paid in full, prior to departure, to GVantage LLC, Uzbekistan (our official management partner). Payment details will be shared to the registered student email ID.
Bank Loans
- Short & long-term education loans are available and will be provided by our financial partner, FeeMonk, covering all payments to the university, including hostel, food & tuition.
