Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th grade or equivalent with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for SC/ST/OBC as per Indian norms).
- Qualified NEET entrance exam within the past 3 years (mandatory for Indian students).
- Minimum age: 17 years on or before December 31, 2025.
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond intended stay.
Admission Process
Step 1: Application
- Please complete the online application form available on this website.
- Upload the required documents:
- 10th & 12th mark sheets
- NEET scorecard (for Indian students)
- Passport copy
- Birth certificate
- Recent passport-sized photos
Step 2: Initial Registration & Visa Process (Stage I – Before Visa Approval)
Within 20 days of the post-admission letter
- Payable to Apollo MedSkills (India):
₹2,00,000 (includes registration, pre-orientation, and books)
- Payable to GVANTAGE LLC (Uzbekistan):
$400 (includes MEA apostille, visa processing, 1st-year medical insurance, police registration, SIM, and airport pickup from Tashkent)
Step 3: Post-Visa Approval (Stage II – After Visa Approval)
Within 15 days post visa approval
- Payable to Apollo MedSkills (India):
₹2,00,000 (remaining registration & administration charges)
- Payable to GVANTAGE LLC (Uzbekistan):
$400 (for balance overseas services)

Step 4: On-Campus Payments – Year 1
Payable to Zarmed University / GVantage upon or before arrival

Key Deadlines & Refund Policy
- Initial Registration: ₹25,000 (₹20,000 refundable if not enrolling)
- Stage I (within 20 days): ₹2,00,000 + $400 (non-refundable)
- Stage II (within 15 days of visa approval): ₹2,00,000 + $400 (non-refundable)
- By August 30, 2025: All remaining tuition, accommodation, food & services (non-refundable)
🔁 Refunds apply only to the initial ₹25,000 fee (₹20,000 refundable upon cancellation before proceeding). All other payments are strictly non-refundable.
Diverse Learning Pathways (Mandatory)
- Coaching for FMGE (NExT), USMLE, and UKMLA will be provided from first year onwards for USD 500/year.
- Payment is to be made in full, prior to departure, to GVantage LLC, Uzbekistan.
Bank Loans
- Short & long-term education loans are available and will be provided by our financial partner, FeeMonk, covering all payments to the university, including hostel, food & tuition.
